Your information will be securely stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Please note that failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your reservation while upholding the cancellation policy. Security Deposit A security deposit is required in the form of a pre-authorisation. This will be collected via a secure link to submit your credit card details. The deposit will not be physically charged unless damages or extra cleaning are reported by our team after check-out. Cleaning Service Please note that this property is not serviced like a hotel, and regular housekeeping, including daily cleaning and linen changes, is not included during your stay. However, if you would like to arrange for cleaning services, they are available upon request for an additional fee. Basic Amenities A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. Violation of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of any remaining funds or deposits. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form within 48 hours after the confirmed booking. The pre-arrival form needs to be completed with a photo of a valid photo identification and a real time selfie. A photo of the credit card needs to be submitted when requested. All bookings will be subject to an additional credit card fee of 1.7% over the total amount.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
