The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21. Infants will be counted as a guest. Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found). If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning. All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property. Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20, which can be ordered through the guest app. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed.
