Every year, from April 15th to October 15th, the heating will not be an option, due to restrictions from the Italian law. “Guests are responsible for keeping the keys safe during their stay. If the keys are left inside the accommodation or the guest accidentally locks themselves out, an extra assistance fee of €50 will be applied for the emergency intervention, available from 10:00 to 19:00. Outside of these hours, the service cannot be guaranteed.
