All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. An AUD 500 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments must be made via our payment gateway, Stripe, using a credit card. A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. Payments will appear as an accommodation blue mount on your bank statement. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy. We endeavour to ensure that our content and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, occasional discrepancies may occur due to delays or changes beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
