A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be charged by the property 14 days prior to arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard. This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lease Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease upon arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
