Due to the size of the resort and the number of villas, guests must contact the owner at least 30 minutes before check-in time by calling the resort (contact details can be found on the email booking confirmation) to meet at the entrance of the resort. === Please note that extra fees are applicable for usage of the resort's various facilities (such as sunbeds at private beach, outdoor swimming pool, gym, golf, tennis) === Hotel will contact guests on the day of booking and request guests to send directly to hotel within 2 days: - A scanned passport copy of the credit card owner and - A scanned copy (front-side) of his/her credit card for pre-authorization procedures. === Guests need to inform hotel exact number of people arriving and staying at the hotel before their arrival date for the hotel to arrange accommodation in advance. === Please note that the property cannot guarantee to arrange 2 adjacent villas if you book 2 villas for you stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
