Please note that there is a heavy wood cover on caster wheels for the plunge pool however families with children will need to take care and not leave them unattended. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of £500 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of £40 per week, per pet. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per booking. Commercial, retreat, event, filming, photography, workshop, training, temporary housing, supported accommodation or other non-standard/holiday use is not permitted unless disclosed before booking and approved by Luxury Coastal in writing.
