All arrivals after 8:00 PM must be prearranged and approved by the host, who reserves the right to refuse due to personal commitments. For any late check-out, a request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed by the host. If approved, late check-out is possible until 2:00 PM with a surcharge of €30, payable in cash at departure. Please note: all check-outs, whether standard or late, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to allow the host to arrange a property inspection prior to the guest's departure. For late check-out, the standard time is until 10:00. A request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and confirmed by the Host.
