Check-in: As standard we operate a self-check-in system. Details of key location and room access will be provided upon reservation. If the host is at the property at the time of arrival, they will endeavor to greet you. Bear in mind that lost keys will be charged at replacement cost. Breakfast must be requested at the point of booking, or at least 24 hours in advance of arrival. Breakfast is continental style and includes croissants, cereal, yogurt, fruit, fruit juice, milk, tea & coffee. We will leave the breakfast in your private lounge/dining area before you arrive. We do not currently supply as standard breakfasts for special dietary requirements (e.g. lactose intolerance, gluten/yeast free, vegan etc.). However, if you have special requirements and would still like breakfast, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Light self-catering’: All rooms have a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and cutlery/crockery, so guests are welcome to bring their own continental breakfast supplies. However, guests should also note our housekeeping policy for room only bookings in relation to this point. House-keeping (room only rate): Rooms are not routinely serviced. However, for stays of 3 nights or more, a light room servicing is available on request from our guests. Please contact us to arrange this. House-keeping (room + breakfast rate): For stays of 2 nights or more, we will provide sufficient breakfast for 2-day periods. Rooms will then be serviced every 2 days. This is intended to minimise guest disruption. Car parking: Guests are permitted to park their cars anywhere in the carpark for the duration of their stay. This is other than in front of the private residential cottages on the south side of the carpark. Unfortunately, guests are not permitted to leave their cars in our carpark beyond the duration of their stay. There is free public car parking in the town centre. We do not accept any responsibility at any time for loss of, or damage to, vehicles and/or their contents. Smoking & vaping: These are strictly forbidden within the accommodation building. Anyone found smoking or vaping in their room will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard where cigarette bins are provided. Early Departures: We understand that guests may need to cut their stay short. However, we will always charge the full amount of your stay. Bicycle parking: Bicycles can be stored in the conservatory. This is locked and can be accessed by all guests with their keys. We do not accept any responsibility at any time for loss of, or damage to cycles This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Managed by a private host
