In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released within 1 working day of check-out. Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete. This property is in a city centre location, inside a multi-dwelling building with other occupiers. There is the potential for noise expected in the city, as well as noise from other occupiers of the building. A note on the neighbourhood atmosphere: This residence is located inside our aparthotel on Oldham Street, one of Manchester’s most vibrant and characterful stretches, surrounded by independent shops, cafés, restaurants and late-night bars. With that energy comes a lively soundtrack, and guests may notice some street noise at different times of day and into the evening. We’ve done our best to create a comfortable space to unwind in the heart of the city, and complimentary branded earplugs are provided for guests' convenience. This home is pet-friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat-rate fee of £25.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay. There is no lift/elevator in the building. Access to all apartments is via stairs only.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
