A surcharge of 50 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 21:00.It is absolutely forbidden to light candles. Please note, the apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no lift. It is accessed via 70 steps. Guests are responsible for keeping their keys safe during their stay. If keys are forgotten inside the apartment or accidentally locked out, a €50 fee will be charged for emergency assistance. Assistance is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside of these hours, service is not guaranteed. Lost keys will incur the cost of replacing the lock and a complete set of keys. The apartment does not provide food. We provide linens, towels, and courtesy sets. All everyday items must be purchased or brought by the GuestGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
