Payment details will be sent directly to guests after booking. This property is strictly no smoking. Fine for smoking will result in a charge of £250 non refundable. Please note that there is free parking on-street with a parking disc. Smoking is not permitted, however, if there is evidence of smoking, guests will be charged GBP 100 per week of your stay. A fold-away cot, highchair and pushchair can be supplied, subject to availability. Children's games are also available. Please inform the property in advance if you require any of these items. Only the guests included on the booking are permitted in the apartment. If you need to change the number of occupants, then please contact the property. Bed linen is changed once every 7 days. Please inform the property if you require extra bed linen so they can make arrangements. The lead guest must be 21 years of age or older. Guests younger than 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
