This property operates a self-check-in facility with the key accessed via a Keysafe. If you do not receive the Keysafe code 2 days prior to arrival, please contact Greenacres Cottages for the code.
For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.
Furthermore, charges will be made if the property is left in an unacceptable condition requiring excessive cleaning.
