No Unauthorised Visitors - Visitors who are not part of the booking may not enter the property at any time unless explicitly approved in advance. This includes short-term visits of any nature. Postal address - The property address must not be used for personal mail, deliveries, or registrations before, during, or after a stay without prior written agreement. Kitchen use - Kitchen use is limited to light and brief use only to ensure availability for all guests. The area must be cleaned and left tidy immediately after use, and cooking that produces strong odours or requires extended use is not permitted. Key collection by third parties - Check-in must be completed in person by the registered guest staying at the property. Key collection by third parties is not permitted. Washing Machine Use - Washing machine use is available by prior arrangement only and is limited to light/personal clothing items. Shoes, heavily soiled items, bedding, and bulky loads are not permitted.
