Hello to everyone! Come and stay in our Victorian Edinburgh house. We are only 20 minutes from the centre of the city by award winning local transport. The bedrooms have super king or twin beds with fresh bed linen, TV, hairdryer, hair tongs and beverage tray with homemade biscuits. The en-suites have towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion and soap. WiFi is free in all rooms. Free parking with one car space per room. Your free breakfast is served in the ground floor breakfast room with traditional Victorian features and decorated to provide a relaxing atmosphere. Your breakfast order will be taken at your table, no need to pre-order. Our traditional Scottish breakfast includes haggis and tattie scone but there are plenty of other options including a daily changing special on our chalkboard. There is homemade bread, jam and look out for oven fresh home baking.
