If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance. Self catering means you should wash and dry all pots, pans, plates etc usedThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
