If we find that a reservation is fraudulent, we will not only cancel the reservation, but it will also be reported to Booking.com as misconduct, and if needed, we will report it to the police as well. Please note that guests are required to specify the total number of guests staying at the property. Smoking in on site will incur an additional charge of GBP 120. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge.
