We will require the following prior to arrival Via our secure online Guest Registration minimum of 7 days before arrival. * A valid personal email generic booking email cannot be accepted. * A valid phone number including prefix code for all staying guests no phone number no access. * An estimated time of arrival. * A signed Group registration and £50 per person damage deposit prior to arrival no exceptions. * A copy of ID from all parties attending the property is sent with the contract. Guest must be 21 and over unless it’s a family. Please note that the minimum security deposit is £300. No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the block if our rules have been breached all guests will be removed without a refund For guests staying more than 7 nights Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoiceThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
