A first SMS warning will be issued.
If noise continues after 10 minutes, a first security call will be made and a £50 charge will apply.
If noise persists for a further 10 minutes, a second security call will be issued, incurring a £100 charge, and all guests will be required to vacate the apartment.
Lost Key/Fob Policy
A £100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost key or fob. Please ensure you keep them safe throughout your stay.
