Check-In Information:
The Charterhouse does not have 24-hour reception facilities, so please provide an estimated time of arrival when booking. Check-in is usually before 18:00. No arrivals after 22:00 are accepted.
Please note that the hotel does not accept cats. Pets can only be accommodated in the Small Double Room with Patio and Large Family Room (2 adults + 2 children) with Garden View, and cannot enter the main house. Please inform the property prior to arrival if your are travelling with a pet.
Please note that guests who book 'room with breakfast' rates can choose from a variety of breakfast options including Continental, Full English and Vegetarian.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
