On Queen’s Promenade on Blackpool’s North Shore, Granada Apartments Berkeley offers a range of contemporary serviced apartments, with a sun terrace to the front and walled patio area to the rear.
Each apartment has a sea view, an open plan lounge with leather sofas, and a 40-inch TV. The bathroom has a bath or shower, with towels and complimentary toiletries provided.
We're happy to welcome dogs by arrangement, in 5 of our 13 apartments, located on the ground and first floors.
A welcome pack with tea, coffee and sugar is provided on arrival. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, with all crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied.
The building has a laundry room and each apartment has a designated parking space. All are serviced weekly, with daily service available on request.
Granada Apartments Berkeley is a 5-minute drive from Blackpool North Train Station, and just 4 minutes from the Blackpool Tower.

Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. If the housekeeping team has to spend excessive time on additional cleaning, a supplement may be charged.
