Guests must be respectful of neighbours at all times. Excessive noise, including outside of quiet hours, may result in eviction without refund. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Damages & Left Items ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible. If a lost key is later found at any location and we are required to attend to collect it, the applicable call-out fee will apply. Alternatively, guests may collect our office spare key set at no charge. The original key must be returned to us as soon as access to the property has been regained. Failure to promptly return the key may result in replacement charges. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Registered Guests Only ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Day visitors are permitted; however, all overnight guests must be included on the booking. If you wish to add an additional guest, you must contact us in advance. An additional charge of $30 per person, per night will apply. A black face washer is provided for makeup removal — please use this to avoid staining white linen. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning and laundering of linen and towels. Excessive mess, stained linen (including from fake tan or makeup), additional cleaning time, or excessive laundry resulting from your stay will incur additional charges. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ BEFORE YOU BOOK ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 pm on your arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 am on your departure day. Please plan your travel accordingly. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability.
