Additional Cleaning Policy: To ensure guest satisfaction, we require additional cleans at the guests' cost for all stays of 14 nights + and every 14 days thereafter. During the clean the house will be fully cleaned, all consumables restocked and the towels/sheets will be changed. Pet Policy: 1 Large Pet or 2 Small Pets are allowed for £50 per stay. This needs to be added to the check-in form sent in the welcome message immediately after booking. Linen and Towel Care: Please take reasonable care of all bed linen and towels during your stay. Charges may apply for excessive or avoidable staining or damage (such as makeup, food, paint, or markers) where professional cleaning is not possible and items require replacement.
