COMMUNAL FACILITIES NOTICE If your booking extends over a Tuesday, there may be potential for you to access the communal facilities. You will be required to undergo a mandatory induction that takes place every Tuesday at 7:30pm with the building staff. Damage waiver: To cover incidents you will be required to pay a 25 AUD Non-refundable fee (Nominal Damage waiver fee). After confirming your booking, a non-refundable and mandatory Damage Waiver fee of $25 AUD will be required. This fee will be charged separately from your booking and is designed to cover any incidental damages up to a value of $500 AUD, that may occur during your stay.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
