Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
1. All our EPIC Properties are unmanned; we do not have a face-to-face check-in.
2. EPIC Apart Hotels do not permit non-resident visitors after the hours of 10 pm-8 am.
3. Early check-ins and Late check-outs may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
4. You will be required to give us your email address to complete the online check-in form.
5. We operate from a self-check-in model - you will be required to fill in an online check-in form, which you will receive via email once we have your email address. You will be required to upload official government ID and also a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
6. The Security deposit is 50% of the value of your reservation, with the lowest amount being £50.
7. Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.
8. Access codes and instructions will only be issued once the above is complete. They will be issued by approx. 2 pm on the day of arrival, unless you have ordered an early check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
