The Mowbray features the Eastbourne Visitor Passport scheme, offering guests discounts in restaurants, attractions and shops in Eastbourne. There is plenty of such parking all around The Mowbray. Parking Permits are available on request. These provide parking all day and until 11:00 the following morning for just £3.50 per day. In conformity to UK legislation The Mowbray is a no smoking property and only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed. Unfortunately a charge of £150 is added to any account where this has been breached. As The Mowbray is In our delightful late Victorian or early Edwardian historic building there are some limitations for those with severely reduced mobility. The doors do not allow for wheelchairs use, the front door is up a few steps and the breakfast room is accessed by stairs, but for those with more mobility there are 2 good handrails at the entrance and the breakfast stairs, a lift goes to all bedrooms from the entrance floor and every ensuite, has a walk-in shower. We can serve a limited breakfast in the guest lounge if the breakfast stairs prove impossible.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
