Please note that If you book for up to 6 - 3 double occupancy rooms will be made available. If you book for 7 or 8 - 4 double occupancy rooms will be made available. If you book for 9 or 10 - 5 double occupancy rooms will be made available. If you book for 11 or 12 - All 6 double occupancy rooms (one of which is a room with single bunk beds) will be made available. The hot tub to the side of the property is for the sole use of the occupants of Kinnaird House. No extra visitors are permitted. The property cannot accept American Express cards or debit cards. Only credit cards can be charged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
