AUD$50 clean fee will apply for dirty BBQ -Please supervise non-swimmers at all times as this is a water-front property -Access to the waterfront via the rear yard is precarious and entry onto national parkland is at your own risk -Strictly no smoking in property or on grounds of property -Mandatory fortnightly general house clean for bookings two weeks plus at AUD$350. -Additional exit clean fee of $350 for bookings of two months or more. -$150 fee for accidental lock out, lost keys or failure to return keys as per self-check out -In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent. You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Guests will also be required to add a valid payment method and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a pre-authorisation bond (which is not an actual charge on the card unless damages occur)"This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
