Important information

While the house is completed, the wider site is still under phased construction. You may notice building activity elsewhere on the estate, but this should not affect your stay. The estate is a former quarry, and the terrain can be muddy, so we recommend bringing wellies or suitable walking shoes if you plan to explore the surroundings. The house also has parking up to 4 cars. 2 cars can be parked at the house and 2 to be parked at reception. Please note this property is not a party/ hen do/ stag house as it is situated in a quiet, rural environment. Please see below a few house rules: ★ No parties or events. ★ Please do not smoke in the house (inc. vaping & e-cigarettes). ★ Please do not wear shoes inside. ★ Please avoid making an unreasonable amount of noise, particularly after 11pm. ★ No candles/naked flames inside or outside.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
