Through Guestflow, guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival -Guestflow provides a Guest App, where you’ll find your access instructions, property guide, and other helpful information for your stay. -Lead guest minimum age: 21 years old. -Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee -No stag or hen parties allowed. -No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. -A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged -Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs. -If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
