Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

The pool can be heated with an additional charge of of 500€/stay for reservations up to 7 days and 70€/day for reservations more than 7 days. and it requires at least one week’s advance notice. The hot tub can be heated with an additional charge of 350€/stay for reservations up to 7 days and 50€/day for reservations more than 7 days. There is a local tax “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
