Guests are kindly requested to provide the total amount of the reservation prior to receiving the keys to the apartments. Please note that either a tax registration number (TRN) or a Passport number is also required for the signing of a short-term lease. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the property without permission. A surcharge of EUR 20 per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Occupancy Policy: The property is strictly for the use of the registered guests named in the reservation. Hosting additional guests is not permitted without the host's prior approval via the Booking.com message system or email. If approved, the reservation must be updated to reflect the correct number of guests. Unauthorized additional guests will be charged EUR 25 per person, per night. Sofa Bed Policy: For reservations made for 2 guests, the apartment is prepared with the double bed only. The sofa bed is not included in the standard setup and will remain unavailable. If two guests require separate sleeping arrangements, they must inform the property before arrival. Subject to prior notice and approval, the sofa bed can be prepared and made available.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
