A surcharge of 50 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 21:00. Guests are responsible for keeping their keys safe during their stay. If keys are forgotten inside the apartment or accidentally locked out, a €50 fee will be charged for emergency assistance. Assistance is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside of these hours, service is not guaranteed. Lost keys will incur the cost of replacing the lock and a complete set of keys. The apartment does not provide food. We provide **bed linen, towels, and a courtesy set**. All everyday consumable items must be **purchased or brought by the guest**. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
