Upon booking, guests are required to fill in a check-in an online form and provide a government-issued photo ID and matching selfie verification for the primary guest who made the reservation. Guest will also be required to confirm their contact details, sign a short rental agreement and, where applicable, complete credit card verification. Verification details are collected securely for screening purposes only. Optional extras, including early check-in, late check-out, pet stays and additional cleaning services, may be available through our Guest Pass portal and may incur additional fees. Please note that there is a 3% non-refundable surcharge on all credit card card payments when selecting the "Pay at Property" option.
