Please note that there is a 1.7% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard and 3.42% for American Express. Check-in is from 15:00 hours. All guests will be greeted on arrival. For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date. We will also require your direct email, a photo of you holding your photo ID and a list of guest names and ages to be uploaded into StayCentral's guest portal before your booking can be confirmed. For very last minute bookings or extended stays, a refundable bond of at least $1200 may be takenThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
