Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Please note that EPIC Apartments do not permit non-resident visitors after the hours of 10PM-8AM.
Early check-in's and Late check-out's may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
We operate from a self check in model - you will be required to fill in a direct self check in form (Charge Automation) which you will receive the link to via your Booking.com messaging platform after making your reservation. You will be required to complete this form, uploading ID for the lead booker and payment method for any remaining balances / security deposits which will be taken via the protected link 1 day prior to arrival (subject to the terms and conditions of your booking - please note this could be taken earlier)
Payment: Payment should be made in GBP by credit or debit card. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted.
Proof of Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth is required via the self check in link and if not actioned, Epic Apart Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain any owed funds as per the cancellation policy.
Check In: We operate a full self-check in process. On the day of arrival, you will be contacted via whats app / text message to the number provided on Booking.com from 3PM. The EPIC Team will send your access codes for the building and the lockbox (which will have your fob inside). Please note these will only be sent if you have fully completed your self check in form (Charge Automation).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
