Maximum of 4 Guests at all times and all guest details to be supplied and listed in booking. Current Government issued photo ID for each guest to be sent within 1 week of booking and prior to arrival. Id's must be presented as requested on arrival for entry.
Noise to a minimum as this is a residential complex. Please respect the use of common areas and leave them clean and tidy.
Strictly no smoking in the apartment and on the balcony.
Strictly nothing to be thrown over the balcony - any items thrown or blown off the balcony (Due to weather) is a fineable offense by Strata Management & or owner. No washing to be dried on the balcony.
Key Card access to building - Lost or damaged cards will incur $100 charge.
Car Park Remote access -Lost or Damaged will incur $120 charge.
Balcony door key and mail box key - Lost or Damaged Key will incur $25 charge. If the lock is damaged an additional $200 charge. Plus locksmith fees.
Building Complex rules and Services can be found & Booked through www.buildingportal.communitilink.com.au. Access is preset on Ipad within the apartment. Facility bookings are required for Cinema, Vertical Golf (own clubs required) and private dining room facilities available to guests. Other facilities: 24 hr Gym, Steam Room, Sauna, Library & Sky Deck, no booking required.
All operational instructions of appliances etc are supplied within the apartment to ensure correct operation. Please ensure you read prior to operation-instructions must be followed for operation.
Washing instructions are also provided (if required) to ensure no damage is caused as a result of incorrect laundering. Any stains will require a replacement cost of the full set.
Any damage to Apartment, Appliances, Fixtures & Fittings and Supplied Contents will be paid for in full at RRP value or replacement cost - whichever is the higher amount. Any damage is to be advised immediately.
An additional charge of $50 per hour or part thereof, if guests have not departed by checkout time. Pre-arrangement of late checkout required.
If no arrangement is made an additional $100 charge will apply.
If Guests lock themselves out a $50 service charge applies for re-entry.
If emergency services are called due to guests' actions. All related costs will be paid immediately by guests on notification or via platform message.
If any building complex rules, house rules, policies or fine print are broken, all guests can be immediately evicted by complex staff, Whittles Strata Management or Committee Members, security or owner, and all associated costs will be the responsibility of the booking guest.
No bad behavior will be tolerated and the apartment to be left clean and tidy.
