All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant must sign a short-term rental agreement. This contract will respect the original terms of your reservation and must include the rental period, clearly stating that the rental is not for permanent residence or habitual use. It must also include the tenant’s permanent address and the reason for the rental. Please note that guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parents' or legal guardians' passports. The property can provide a template of the authorisation form upon request. Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 17:30. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay. If you require a cot, you must notify the property before arrival. Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
