The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Guests are required to collect their keys from our offices at Calle San Marcos 9, between 15:00 and 19:00. If you arrive after 19:00, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for the key delivery. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 50 from 21:00 to 02:00 is applicable for late check-in to be paid in cash or by bank card. Guests are requested to inform the property at least 48 hours prior to their expected arrival time and carefully follow the instructions made available to them at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out the prior process. This apartment is located within the Area called Central Madrid with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard. Guests must sign the property's seasonal rental contract prior to check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
