Damage deposit

Important information
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Guests are required to collect their keys from our offices at Calle San Marcos 9, between 15:00 and 19:00.
If you arrive after 19:00, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for the key delivery.
Please note that an additional charge of EUR 50 from 21:00 to 02:00 is applicable for late check-in to be paid in cash or by bank card.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
