Depending on the time of your arrival the keys will be handed over by the Property Manager or the Security: Between 9 AM and 6 PM: The Property Manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the Property and handover the keys. Between 6 PM to 9 AM: The Security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. The Property Manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the Property the following morning.
