The use of our barbecue grill is permitted, and there is a cleaning fee of 30 Euros. Certain spaces outside the rental units are shared with the host and other guests (upper ground floor shared spaces include the garage, front garden, swimming pool, terraces, kitchen, restroom lobby, entrances, staircases, living room, fireplace area, and dining area). Large dogs and breeds classified as dangerous are strictly not allowed on the property. Only small and medium-sized dogs are permitted in the "Family Room with Private Bathroom", and only small dogs are allowed in the "Deluxe Double Room (2 Adults + 1 Child)". Please note that if the maximum guest capacity of a room is reached, pets are not permitted. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
