Pre-Check-In Process: The pre-check-in process must be fully completed no later than 24 hours before the check-in date by 3:00 PM. Failure to complete this process on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Damage Deposit: A damage deposit starting from £250 per room is mandatory and will be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This deposit is only collected through the Property Guest Portal (Charge Automation) via debit or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. Deposit Release: The damage deposit will be released in full via debit or credit card within 10 working days of check-out, provided that a satisfactory inspection of the property is conducted. Required Documentation: Guests are required to upload a clear photo of their Passport and debit or credit card as part of the pre-check-in process. Check-In Information: Details related to check-in will only be provided on the Property Guest Portal after the pre-check-in procedure has been fully completed. This information will be available at 12:00 PM on the check-in day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
