A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

House Guidelines
1. Treat the property like your own and tidy up any kitchenware used.
2. No shoes in carpeted areas, please.
3. Please don’t move furniture without asking first.
4. No parties, gatherings, smoking, or drugs—violations may result in fines or eviction.
5. Late check-out without approval: £30/hr + affected nights + cleaner fees. Early check-in or late check-out requests: £50.
6. Dispose of rubbish correctly: general waste in black bags (grey bin), recycling in blue bin (red lid). Incorrect disposal: £500 charge.
7. We may need to access the property for maintenance; timing can’t always be adjusted.
8. Car registration numbers are required. Unauthorized parking will be charged. Please don’t block entrances or park on stone paving.
9. We aren’t liable for lift issues or other unavoidable events.
10. Replacement keys: requests by 9 PM (Mon–Fri) / 8 PM (weekends). Charges: £50 (9 AM–6 PM), £100 (6–9 PM). Requests after cut-off are processed the next day.
