The Garden Flat has been designated as 5 Star by the AA and is accessed from steps at the front of the property and has it's own access, is spacious and well equipped with high quality furniture and fittings.
The apartment also boasts a large private patio area at the back for those wishing to dine al fresco.
It is situated on a terrace adjacent to the only sea promenade in Cornwall and a couple of minutes walk from the largest sea pool in the UK, the Jubilee Pool.
Shops and restaurants are a 5-10 minute stroll from the house, the bus and train station a 10-15 minute stroll and generally most areas within West Penwith are a 20 minute drive from the house.
There is one bathroom which is on the half landing accessed from stairs from the rest of the flat, with a shower and rolled top bath tub, as shown in the photos.
