Damage deposit
A damage deposit of GBP 240 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
A refundable £80 security deposit is required before check-in. This is not included in the booking price and is refunded within 48 hours after checkout, subject to no damage. We will request this via our secure payment link 7 days before check-in and it must be paid at least 24 hours before arrival. We will never request payment via bank transfer or messaging apps.
A cleaning fee is charged per stay.
