Important information

Lead guest ID verification will be requested via a system call Hospitable. Full names, dates of birth and nationality is required for all guests. Parking - Free parking can be arranged upon request. You must provide your car registration number well before arrival – ideally at least a week. I will arrange a 'Visitor Permit' for you which will allow you to use the "City Centre" zone on-street parking. There are usually spaces outside the cottage. However, this can’t be reserved or guaranteed. There are other spaces a short walk from the cottage on the neighbouring streets. Please see the Additional photos – Parking 1, for a view of what spaces are where. Alternatively, for a short stay there is ample off-street parking in the various public car parks nearby. Please see the Additional photos – Parking 1. Or for longer stays the cheapest parking option is to use one of the City's Park and Ride carparks. They charge £4/day. There are three "Park and Ride" car parks Canterbury. The closest one is Wincheap which is a 15-minute walk from the house. Pets - Sorry, no pets. We love animals but also have allergies, as do many of our guests. No Naked flames - Please, no candles or other naked flames. No smoking - There will be a £250 charge for additional cleaning and laundry if evidence of smoking is found in the house. You can smoke in the garden if essential.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
