Please ensure that the credit card photo shows only the last four digits, your name, and the expiration date. These requirements must be submitted exactly 24 hours after your reservation has been made; otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled. This property has security cameras to the external areas which management check regularly at all hours. If these are tampered with in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued. This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately. You should not disturb any common spaces outside the street or create a nuisance that disturbs the surrounding community. Failure to respect the neighbours, property manager or community concerns will result in the immediate booking cancellation. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
