-This is a strictly non-smoking property, inside, outside and in common areas. -Mandatory fortnightly general house clean of AUD$450 for bookings over 14 days. -Please remove shoes at foyer/laundry entry -Please respect the young family neighbours of this peaceful neighbourhood with no outside dining past 9pm. -Please keep noise to a minimum level at all times. -No parties or events are permitted -Any bookings two months plus incurs an extra clean fee of AUD$450 -$175 fee for accidental lock out, lost keys or fail to return keys as per self-check out information -In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent. You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. -Guests will also be required to add a valid payment method and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a pre-authorisation bond (which is not an actual charge on the card unless damages occur)This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
