Additional conditions Please read the following important information before booking: Check-in & check-out Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests arriving outside the stated check-in hours must contact us in advance. Late arrival arrangements are subject to availability. Guest requirements The minimum age for the lead guest is 23 years. All guests may be required to complete identity verification before arrival. A rental agreement must be signed and returned before arrival. The lead guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with the house rules. Occupancy The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. The advertised base rate includes up to 2 guests. Additional guests are charged according to the applicable rate. Children aged 2 years and over count towards the maximum occupancy. Children aged 3 years and over are charged as adults. The number of guests staying at the property must match the number stated on the reservation. Additional guests must be declared and paid for before arrival. Beds & sleeping arrangements The bedroom has flexible zip-link beds, which can be arranged as a king or twin beds. Additional sleeping space is available using the sofa beds. If you require a particular bed configuration, please request this at least 7 days before arrival. Requests are subject to availability. House rules No parties or events are permitted. Hen and stag groups are not permitted. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests must respect neighbours and the residential nature of the building. The private rooftop garden must be used responsibly and guests must observe any additional garden rules or restrictions provided at the property. Security deposit A £250 refundable security deposit is required for applicable bookings. The deposit may be used where necessary to cover damage, loss, excessive cleaning or breaches of the house rules. The deposit is returned after departure, subject to the property being left in an acceptable condition. Cleaning A cleaning fee may apply to your stay and will be clearly displayed as part of the booking price before you confirm your reservation. The apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Guests are asked to leave the apartment reasonably tidy and dispose of rubbish appropriately. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if the property is left in an excessively unclean condition. Special requests Special requests, including bed configuration and other arrangements, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing. Bed configuration requests should be made at least 7 days before arrival. Important By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and agree to the property's house rules and booking conditions. Failure to comply with the house rules or booking conditions may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation, in accordance with the applicable booking terms.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
