Please note that both pools can be heated for an additional daily charge each for the entire stay, and it requires at least one week's advance notice. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of €6 per night from March to October and €2 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
